The weather wasn’t so good when we went to USS, but I was actually glad that it was a pretty chilly day. Of course, the lack of sunshine couldn’t stop me from taking photos. I just wish I had nicer lenses for traveling.

Last week, I took Paco to HEAT (EDSA Shangri-La) for dinner on his birthday because Spiral (Sofitel) is still under renovation. Definitely not a bad call since I personally think Spiral and HEAT are the best buffets in Manila.

Galactik Fiestamatik
Ever-evolving Filipino artist Rico Blanco definitely set the bar high for album launches with his release of Galactik Fiestamatik. The show was nothing short of spectacular, taking OPM to an uncharted level of boldness. I was seriously speechless in awe after the show. Congrats, Rico!

Birthday Dinner
I turned 22 last week!
For my birthday dinner this year, my family and I tried this Japanese grill buffet called Robotosan. Paco joined us for dinner! And as usual, I took photos of the food. Haha.
I was surprised to find some pizza and pasta on the buffet table seeing as it’s a Japanese restaurant. I wasn’t able to try them, though.

It was supposed to be our last day of recording but since I didn’t warm up before the session, I didn’t finish vocal tracking. Stupid, I know. I hate myself. Hahaha.

We drove around Salcedo Village looking for the restaurant we’ve been wanting to try, only to find out that it was closed for inventory that night. So we headed to Greenbelt 5 instead and as usual, we were overwhelmed by the huge array of restaurants around the area. After about half an hour, we ended up having a pretty late dinner at Myron’s Place.
